Our Technical Policies are focused on the end-user customer. Where a customer defines additional best practice procedures or requirements, Pownall & Hampson will commit to ensuring we continue to exceed expectations. We collaboratively develop and source products from a number of hand-selected suppliers. These suppliers are visited routinely by our Sourcing Director to ensure quality and best practice compliance is upheld.
We only source from factories where ETI standards are met. Our supply source in Asia is SEDEX registered, and complies with our technical and quality requirements.
All feather & down sourced products comply with IDFL standards, and are independently verified for cleanliness and humane procurement.
