Gary was appointed as Managing Director of Pownall & Hampson Ltd in 2004.
Gary has over 20 years of experience within the Company having started his career as Production Manager in 1989 following his Engineering graduation. He was instrumental in transforming the Company into the modern plant that it now is and in introducing new work practices.
In 1997 he began working more closely with the Sales and Marketing team and Gary has been the main driving force in building a very accomplished and talented new team in the Company. Gary has built up an extensive network of contacts throughout the industry, including a very dynamic and competitive supply chain network. This gives Pownall & Hampson a great marketing edge in gaining new business. He holds a Diploma in Engineering from D.I.T. and a B.Sc. from Trinity College, Dublin.

Keith graduated in 1990, from Buckinghamshire College of Higher Education, achieving a Diploma in Furniture Craft. On his return to Dublin he set up and managed his own company, Sydner Furniture Ltd.
He joined P&H in 1998 and spent the next three years working in all aspects of manufacturing. Keith was appointed as Production Director in 2001.
With over 19 years experience in the production of furniture and bedding products, Keith brings a level practical know-how and industry expertise that is hugely beneficial to the smooth running of our production facilities.

Debbie has over 20 years experience in the retail sector, having previously been a buyer with Dunnes Stores and then Roches Stores where she had the role of Senior Buyer for Home Textiles. Debbie joined P&H in 2005 as Sales & Marketing Director. Her prime responsibility is the development of new products to meet market demand and the identification of fresh market opportunities.
Her extensive experience in retail means she has a unique insight into customers' needs and the skills to assist them with every stage of the product selection process.
As well as having a thorough knowledge of the industry, she is highly motivated and, like the rest of the team, committed to sales growth.

Andrea, is the Finance Director and Company Secretary, and has been with the Company over 10 years.
Having joined in 1999, she was soon appointed Finance Director.
Prior to joining the company, Andrea gained four years experience in the telecommunications sector, working as a management accountant for Esat Telecom.
Andrea is an associate member of the Chartered Institute of Management Accounts (ACMA) and is also a qualified Accounting Technician.
